Stavros Halkias

Comedian Stavros Halkias has a webseries where he tries to lose weight and get fit, and he has a lot of fun doing it. Recently, his team asked me to produce some animated segments for the show, based on funny moments and little stories in each episode. I had a great time with these, alternating between a familiar cartoony style and a more adventurous anime-inspired style, which they suggested.

Designing the weed character was a lot of fun. Even though it's a simple design, I went back and forth with the producers on figuring out how to make him mischievous in just the right way. I also got the chance to practice illustration on this project, when drawing the healthy meals that Stav prepares each episode.
