Chris Homa is a freelance animator and video editor. He is based in New York and Philadelphia. He draws and colors all of his frames by hand.
These two commercials were part of a content marketing campaign by an insurance and accident attorney. He contracted me to design simple, cost-effective, but engaging commercials. I suggested this style of black-and-white drawings with minimal animation, but with moving lines to give the drawings movement and make them lively.
The lawyer and his team provided the script for the voiceover, but it was left to me to storyboard the commercials. It was a nice challenge figuring out how to efficiently illustrate each script, while adding some playful touches to make the animation more engaging.
